Jack Frost
This lovely chap has been skillfully knitted by Aline and you could buy him from the Market Stall at St Petroc's Christmas Tree Festival (4th to 14th December) if you're quick!
Joan has given the Crochet & Knitting Friendship Group a cute stocking either as part of for our tree decorations (if we get to the top of the waiting list!) or for the Market Stall.
A multi-coloured St Petroc's dragon has also been given to the Bodmin Way Walks by Aline. More knitted dragons are needed to support the social enterprise "Bodmin Way". If you can follow a pattern and knit dragons for us, please get in touch or join us on a Monday afternoon from 2pm-4pm at St Petroc's Parish Centre (until 9th December - but we will resume the group in January - possibly on a Thursday afternoon).
Thanks to everyone who has donated their knitting or crocheting to the church or to Treliske Hospital.
Thanks to Julia who helped us celebrate her birthday by providing delicious cakes to go with our afternoon cup of tea or coffee. Also to Brenda for buying red wool for dragon making and Kimberley for teaching people how to crochet when they come to the group without the skill (and leave the group with it!) Thanks too to Mike, Aline, Amy and Bryony for generously donating biscuits to the group.
