Community Carols

Nearly 30 people from St Petroc's Church stood on the steps of the Shire Hall on Friday 29th November to lead the carols for those standing around the Christmas tree.

Some of us met at the Old Library and were kindly given two spare lanterns by Fin from intobodmin. We paraded to the end of Fore Street and watched the fantastic projection on Bunt's clock tower, before making our way to Mount Folly. We enjoyed three carols - Away in a manger, O Little Town of Bethlehem and Silent Night and we finished off with Jingle Bells and We wish you a Merry Christmas, accompanied by the amazing Bodmin Town Band. This was a great start to Advent.
